I believe that fitness should be accessible to all and I understand that finances can sometimes be a barrier. If this is true for you then please let me know and we will find a solution.

Services and Prices

virtual coaching - written workouts

Written workouts to do on your own time, in your own space (home, gym, etc). Cost adjustments are available, please ask if finances are an issue!

general month-to-month

$25+

General workouts (2-5 per week). Includes weight training, core circuit, and cool down. $25/month for 3/week. 

general 3 month deal

$65+

General workouts (2-5 per week). Includes weight training, core circuit, and cool down. Pay ahead for a partial discount. 

Personalized month-To-month

$60+

 Choose from 2, 3, or 4 specialized workouts per week. Workouts basedon the client's goals, equipment, and health needs. Can add on cardio for an additional cost per month. 

3 month Deal: 4+ workouts per week

$150+

8-16 workouts per month written according to your personal goals. Pay ahead for a partial discount. 


IN-PERSON FITNESS TRAINING

Gym available in Port Angeles. Cost adjustments are available, please ask if finances are an issue!

Initial assessment session

FREE

20 minute session dedicated to identify your goals and get to know what sort of program design will bring you the success .you are looking for.

Individual coaching session

$50

For those who don't want to commit to multiple workouts, but still want some motivation. I will plan a workout for us to do together. $50 for up to a 60-minute session. The first 20-30 minutes will focus on muscle and strength assessments.

one month bundle- 8 workouts

$280

Each workout will be tailored to your fitness goals. Eight sessions—averages to two sessions per week. Each workout will be up to 60 minutes. ($35/class)

one month bundle- 12 workouts

$420

 Each workout will be tailored to your fitness goals. 12 sessions—averages to 3 sessions per week. Each workout will be up to 60 minutes. ($35/class)

Hybrid: In-Person and Virtual

$150+/mo

For those who want a mix of in-person sessions and self-led workouts, this is the option for you. We will do a combination of in-person sessions and then you will follow the rest of your plan on your own. 


additional coaching options

Cardio/endurance training

$100

If you are wanting to build up your cardio and endurance then this option is for you. $100 for a 12-week written plan. Additional costs if you want me to join in-person for any sessions.

goal setting/ building a routine

$40

Not ready for a workout plan but want some coaching writing down goals and building a routine?  Let's take some time to sit down and dive into your goals. We will identify road blocks and you will leave with a plan for how to take some active steps forward.

Customizeable coaching

Want a variation of the above services. Reach out and we can see whether we can make something work. 

Depending on financial situations I am willing to discuss payment options. I do not want cost to be a barrier to you achieving your goals.
